Selling a home can be overwhelming. I will put together an advertising plan for you, help with budgeting, hold open houses, arrange private showings, negotiate offers, help with contracts and other complicated paperwork.
We will begin with a Comparable Market Analysis in order to find the best sales price for your home. I will then advise any changes we may want to make to your home to achieve the maximum sales price for you. Once we are ready to sell I will immediately begin advertising with several methods including the Denver Metropolitan Realtor Association MLS.
